Vendors Registration
  1. Pre-registraion begins October 14, 2009 and closes Sunday, Nov. 8.
  2. Need more room? simply purchase another space, (i.e. 10' x 20' =$100)
  3. Electricity is available but not abundant. Bring an extension cord. Please ask before hand, if you need special arrangements.
  4. Trailers are welcome; however, you should ask first to see if we can accommodate your trailer's size. Some trailers are just too large, smaller ones could work but are subject to parking where staff sees fit. Cars get priority. $100 fee required.
  5. Gates open at 9am for EVERYONE! No exceptions! No earlier! No way! We'll have two gates open this year to speed up the entry process!
  6. Do not break down until 6pm. thanks!
  7. Free show shirts for vehicle owners only.
  8. Rain or shine. No refunds.
  9. You may enter and register to vend the day of the show but you will be subject to placement by the staff. Pre-registered vendors will have first choice to placement on the grounds. Please understand too, you must adhere to any restrictions regarding vending at this show. Food vendors will not be allowed to register or operate on the day of the show. All "day-of" vendors will be subject to cancellation and/or modification as the staff sees fit. Please email us at info@pistonsandpaint.com if you have questions.

HEY ART TYPES!! We'd like to invite painters and pinstripers to be vendors for free. All we ask is that you donate a (minimum 12" x 12") piece of art for the 5pm raffle. Please alert Hami by emailing about your plans to attend and vend! Your name will be placed on a list and you'll be allowed in on the morning of the show at 9am. In addition, you MUST supply an emailed pic of your submission with an understood value of $50 or $100 depending on how many spaces you need. That is to say, create or submit a piece that is worth at least $50. Sorry to get all "nazi-artist-police" on you all, but to make it fair for all involved, make your submission a valuable one. The club, the participants and you will benefit from seeing this through! If you email me after the Nov 8 deadline, you will ineligible to participate in this offer.
